Stay off the tracks – KS2 films

Developed in collaboration with the rail industry, this film uses animation to help pupils understand the real injuries and effects that could happen to a person if they interact unsafely with the railway.

This resource has been designed and is appropriate for the upper KS2 audience (9-11 years old). While this film uses animation it is important to note that it deals with serious issues and injury that some may find upsetting or distressing. The content is presented for educational purposes to raise awareness and understanding.

To run this activity, play the films below. Further information, along with discussion questions, can be found in the teacher guidance.
